Kendis Paris is the executive director of Truckers Against Trafficking, an organization that exists to educate, equip, empower and mobilize members of the trucking and travel plaza industry to combat domestic sex trafficking. She’s been involved in fighting human trafficking since 2008, when, as one of her initial efforts, she co-coordinated a national Human Trafficking Awareness Conference in Denver, Colorado. Recently, she co-founded Colorado’s Volunteer Network to End Human Trafficking to mobilize anti-trafficking volunteers in her state. She is also a board member of Denver Metro Crimestoppers.
